Helping People:
Get and stay
in shape
Manage injuries
Transform their lifestyle
After nearly being killed by a drunken driver soon after graduating from high school in 1973, Doug Moore slowly regained the use of his body by working out at a gym. He sustained many injuries. After he began studying anatomy, he learned that the body is comprised of a system of simple levers, put together in a complex fashion. An understanding of simple mechanics and correct posture enabled him to analyze movements, and design programs for specific needs.
Doug will teach you how to build strength without injury, improve posture, and boost overall health with one-on-one
personal training. Whether you have never worked out, used to work out, or have worked out for years, but want to
get over a training plateau, Doug can help.
TRAIN WITH A CHAMPION
Between 1979-2007 Doug received more than 50 awards in strength and physique events, including:
- 1979 Lake Region Powerlifting Championships, 2nd Place 220 lb.
- 1981 Minnesota State Powerlifting Championship, 1st Place 275 lb.
- 1983 Mr. Minnesota, heavyweight winner and overall champion
- 1986 Mr. USA National Bodybuilding Championships, 6th place heavyweight
- 1998 ESPN World Natural Bodybuilding Championships (televised event), Masters runner up
